			<title><![CDATA[Funding for Millersburg Colonnade Project Released by Corbett, Says Helm]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[HARRISBURG – Rep. Sue Helm (R-Dauphin) today announced that state funding for the Colonnade Theater project in Millersburg has been reviewed and approved by Gov. Tom Corbett.  Last December, former Gov. Ed Rendell authorized the release of $750,000 in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funding for the project.  But the grant agreement was not fully executed prior to Jan. 18, 2011, when Corbett took office.  A review was then conducted by the Office of the Budget, which resulted in Corbett’s approval of the Colonnade grant.]]></description>
